I went to corfu for a holiday from 13-04 to 20-04-2019. I stayed in the village Agios Ioannis. It was a beautiful sleepy village.My stay was pleasant in the Kidonakia Appartments.
It was a beautiful specious appartment for a family. All facilities like fridge, cooking arrangements are present. You can live here peacefully. The view is stunning with tall cyprus trees and olive trees every where. The serene beauty will blow away all the stresses of citylife.
The swimming pool is great. Children can enjoy here.
One thing must be mentioned . The owner ,Henk and Gordana ,have a donkey. Marley ,the donkey is a sweet little animal , children would love to play with it.
A departmental store is nearby ,where you can get provisions .
If you wish you can enjoy your dinner in the local Taverna.They cook fresh for you.
Owners of Kidonokia are very friendly and assist you in all aspect.
You can rent a car ,if not you can get a bus every hour to visit the town.
On the whole it’s a nice place to stay and enjoy your holiday.
